Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the vacancy, Applicants are required to possess some educational qualifications as mentioned below:

Consultant in AD/JTO Level: The applicant must be retired from CDA Scale with a substantive grade of Level-08 for AD and Level-07 for JTO of the 7th or its equivalent IDA Scale or holding a similar post before the retirement.
Consultant in Gp C Level: The applicants must be retired from CDA Scale with a substantive grade of Level 4/5 of the 7th or its equivalent IDA Scale or holding a similar post before the retirement, Preference will be given to retirees from DoT/BSNL/MTNL holding wanted work experience/background with a knowledge of working on the computer.

Age Limit

The Applicants are required to follow the age limit mentioned below during the recruitment process:

There is an upper age limit of 64 Years for the applicants preparing for the exam.
However, there might be some extra age relaxation according to the rules.

Salary

The consolidated fee/remuneration of the Consultants will be according to the Department of Telecommunication rules and the payment will be on the monthly basis.
