Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the vacancy, Applicants are required to possess some educational qualifications as mentioned below:

Assistant Manager (Operation): A Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical and Electronics/Electrical Power/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aeronautical engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
Supervisor (Customer Relation): A Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a government-recognized Univesity.

Experience Required

To be eligible for the vacancy, applicants are required to possess some experience in the relevant field as mentioned below:

Assistant Manager: Minimum of 05 Years of post-qualification experience for Degree and 07 Years for Diploma candidates in Railways/Metro railways in Station/Train Operation or Traffic Management. Preference will be given to those candidates who have some experience in modern metro systems.
Supervisor: 02 years in Railway/Metro Railway/Airport as Customer Service Officer/Customer Care Officer/Customer Support Officer/Shift Supervisor/Terminal Manager. Candidates having experience in Customer Service, Revenue Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Client relationship and MIS Management would be preferred.

Age Limit

The Applicants are required to follow the age limit mentioned below during the recruitment process:

Assistant Manager: 45 Years
Supervisor: 40 Years
The Age of the candidate will be calculated from 01.04.2021

Salary

The selected candidates will be given an impressive package according to their posts as given below:

Assistant Manager: Rs.56,100/- to Rs.1,77,500/- with a Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/-.
Supervisor: Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/- with a GP of Rs.4,400/-.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be based on the Merit evaluated by the authorities of the Maharashtra Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
