Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the vacancy, Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University of India.

Experience Required

The applicants are required to have some experience in the relevant field as given below:

Associate Consultant

01 to 03 Years of experience in the L1 Ticketing support.
The applicant should be proficient in using MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
Good customer service oriental skills.
The applicant must be good in Oral and Written communication.
Experience in SAP/HR application Support is preferred.

Consultant

Experience of a minimum of 03 Years and maximum of 05 Years for Consultant SAP HCM position and experience of a minimum of 02 years and maximum up to 03 years for Associate Consultant-SAP HCM position in L2 Ticketing support for SAP HCM/HR application support.
The applicant should be proficient in using MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
Good customer service oriental skills.
The applicant must be good in Oral and Written communication.

Salary
