Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will have the following job responsibilities:

  • IFA Sales Manager:
    • Develop, execute a plan to deliver projected growth purposes for the IFA channel, esp Category A IFAs
    • Recovery of New IFAs the way for B2B sales which requires to be a constant and ongoing process 
    • Activate IFAs through systematic knowledge sessions to enable them to build sizable AUM 
    • Develop, produce and manage retail strategy and tactical marketing plan, considering the market opportunity/growth potential, competitor activity, existing capabilities, and risk appetite
    • Assuring that the mobilization performed for all the systems of the company is the best in the business. 
    • Expect full accountability for all phases of sales in their respective channel 
    • Assistance in delivering a strong and vibrant brand 
    • Guaranteeing increase in Market division in the IFA channel business
    • The primary goal of a Relationship Manager is selling SBIMF products at the location and areas in and around the identified location and Relationship Building for generating sales. 
    • Accountable for achieving Sales Targets, Sales designs in the market.  
    • Market & industry analysis, Creating & Increasing Sales.  
    • Prospecting of consumers through New client acquisition, network, database, References, and open market. 
    • To understand all targeted key accounts and begin upselling possibilities
    • Assure adherence to transaction processes and conditions. 
    • Completion of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans 
  • Relationship Manager:
    • Accountable for Institutional purchases or Key Accounts Management
    • Accelerate business growth in Institutional Investor Space for the Company 
    • A Specialist in B2B sales, Corporate/Institutional Sales 
    • New Client Acquisition across related Corporate Investor Categories (Large, Medium, and SME)
