Educational Qualifications

To be eligible for the vacancy, Applicants are required to possess some educational qualifications as mentioned below:

12th Class Passed in Science with 60% Marks OR,
12th Class Passed with 50% Marks and ITI Course in the relevant discipline OR,
A Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized University or Institute.

Application Fees

The applicants are required to submit the application fee according to their categories as mentioned below:

The SC/ST/PWD and Female category applicants don’t have to pay any amount for the application.
Whereas the General/OBC and EWS category applicants are required to pay Rs.1000/- as their application fee.

Age Limit

The Applicants are required to follow the age limit mentioned below during the recruitment process:

There is an upper age limit of 33 Years for the applicants preparing for the Senior Technician Post whereas 27 Years is the age limit for applicants preparing for the Technician Post.
However, there will be some extra age relaxation according to the rules.
The Age of the candidate will be calculated from 26.04.2021

Salary

The selected candidates will be given an impressive package from Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/-, for both the posts but the Grade Pay of Technician post is G.P- Rs.2,000/- and for the Senior Technician Post it is G.P- Rs.2,400/-.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidates will be based on a Written Test and a Trade Test conducted by the authorities of the Sadar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology
